About the position

As a Strategic Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with large enterprise hospitality accounts to outline and implement tailored telecommunications solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing and simplifying client operations to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Spectrum Enterprise is dedicated to providing modern enterprise technology solutions that cater to the unique needs of some of the country's largest brands. Your daily responsibilities will center around achieving client satisfaction through dedicated account management. After completing our award-winning 12-week paid sales training, recognized for excellence in sales enablement and performance tools, you will utilize your strong persuasive abilities to address the complex technology and communications needs of hospitality organizations. You will serve as an advocate for your clients, developing key relationships and delivering product presentations that align with their business needs. Maintaining an accurate client database to report on sales activities and conducting tactful contract negotiations with executives will also be essential aspects of your role. In addition, you will establish data control procedures and collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and cultivating market opportunities, as well as effective communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. Your ability to multitask and meet deadlines will be crucial in managing the demands of this role while contributing to the overall success of Spectrum Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with large enterprise hospitality accounts to outline telecommunications solutions.

  • Establish data control procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience with strategic sales or account management.
  • Five or more years of telecommunications experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG.
  • Expertise in identifying and cultivating market opportunities.
  • Effective English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a team environment.
  • Deadline driven with the ability to multitask.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
