About the position

As a Strategic Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in managing and simplifying client operations for large enterprise hospitality accounts. Your primary focus will be on achieving client satisfaction through dedicated account management, ensuring long-term retention, and developing tailored telecommunications solutions that meet the unique needs of some of the country's biggest brands. You will be responsible for outlining combinations of telecommunications solutions that align with the business needs of your clients. Upon completing our award-winning 12-week paid sales training, you will utilize your strong persuasive abilities to address the complex technology and communications needs of hospitality organizations. Your role will involve serving as an advocate for your clients, growing key relationships, and delivering impactful product presentations to decision-makers. You will maintain an accurate client database to report on sales activities and conduct tactful contract negotiations with executives. Additionally, you will establish data control procedures and collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience with strategic sales or account management.
  • Five or more years of telecommunications experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG.
  • Expertise in identifying and cultivating market opportunities.
  • Effective English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask under deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
