Responsibilities

  • Manage a select group of high-value or key accounts, focusing on larger and more complex clients.
  • Handle a broader range of clients, including Operators, MROs, and value-add Resellers.
  • Develop and execute tailored commercial strategies using account plans.
  • Grow part portfolio penetration based on eligible core products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet client needs.
  • Conduct business development and sales activities primarily via phone, email, and face-to-face visits.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of related work experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals.
  • In-depth product knowledge, particularly in the aviation industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
