Responsibilities

  • Cultivates and maintains ongoing strategic relationships with pharmacy clients.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with pharmacy services and resolves issues effectively.
  • Collaborates with the VP of Strategic Account Management on projects to enhance client retention.
  • Engages with C-Suite and facility leadership for Quarterly Business Reviews and Pharmacy Optimization Services.
  • Manages client issue escalation and resolution processes, ensuring timely responses and setting proper expectations.
  • Utilizes CRM software to track and manage client activities, tasks, and communications.
  • Prepares quarterly business review materials and facilitates client engagement calls.
  • Leads the onboarding process for new clients and facilities, ensuring successful implementation of services.
  • Attends corporate/networking events and client events to establish professional relationships.
  • Adheres to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client management, customer service, or client support in a healthcare or B2B setting.
  • Proven ability to present to all levels of management with executive presence.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated time-management skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
  • Effective decision-making skills with a commitment to process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to root-cause analyze.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
  • Customer service focus with adaptability and innovation.

Nice-to-haves
