About the position

The Strategic Account Manager at Midwest Restoration is responsible for developing and managing a robust referral program aimed at building long-term relationships with plumbers and home service providers in the Fox Valley and Green Bay areas. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through referrals, with a target of 270 referral jobs generating $1.6 million by 2025. The position requires a proactive approach to relationship management and program development, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction among referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with a list of plumbers and other professional home service providers.
• Onboard plumbers and service providers into Midwest's referral program.
• Serve as the direct point of contact for plumbers and service providers for business opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure satisfactory job completion.
• Design and implement engagement strategies for referral partners, including events and training.
• Timely payout of referral partners during weekly visits to their offices.
• Manage contacts and relationships in a CRM with high organization.
• Partner with the General Manager and Director of Growth to improve the referral program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in relationship management and account management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Metrics-driven mindset and comfort in data-rich environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in uncertain environments.
