About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing communication programs and media events that promote and sell PwC's brand and services. As part of the Business Development team, you will support PwC and its clients by developing effective sales strategies, executing tactical plans, and securing the necessary resources to close sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include managing sales pursuits and the sales pipeline, assisting account teams in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales leads, and coordinating the use of account management methodologies and business development tools. In this director-level position, you will work collaboratively with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be expected to support your team in evolving and improving ways of working, arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments to help team members realize their potential, and identify market gaps to create valuable propositions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relevant experience at PwC.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Computer and Information Science, or related fields.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive knowledge of professional services selling and ability to build long-term relationships with Technology Alliances and clients.
  • Success in an individual contributor sales role for a professional services or technology solution organization.
  • Understanding of industry-specific issues and ability to engage with executive-level clients.
  • Experience in complex Alliance management and team selling.
