About the position

The Strategic and Multi-Tower Domain Product Strategy Senior Manager at Verizon plays a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key partners, influencing product roadmaps, and driving strategic initiatives for revenue growth and customer retention. This position requires collaboration across various teams to ideate and implement differentiated solutions that align with Verizon's goals. The role involves a high level of technical expertise, market awareness, and the ability to lead discussions on product strategy and development.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key partner contacts.
  • Work with partners on 12-36 month strategic and product roadmaps and influence partner roadmaps to meet Verizon's unique needs.
  • Align Verizon and partner strategies to ideate and identify differentiated solutions for revenue growth, customer retention, and EBITDA growth.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant subject matter expertise and broader market awareness, as well as expertise in the OEM partner portfolio.
  • Lead technical design and architectural discussions with partners and peers within Technology Solutions.
  • Consult with peers within Tech Solutions including Product Enablement and DA/T2.
  • Discover, initiate, and lead the development of new concepts for products in partnership with product marketing and product enablement.
  • Contribute articles and white papers for internal consumption.
  • Review emerging market trends and new potential partners for consideration to enhance Verizon's portfolio.
  • Be a thought leader by researching and staying abreast of technology trends, presenting to internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate partner activity across Technology Solutions teams and other Verizon teams.
  • Participate in the coordination and preparation of materials and agendas for Executive Briefings, Workshops, and QBRs.
  • Document key contacts, artifacts, and action items in a central shared repository.
  • Drive action items and project plans through to resolution, escalating and including leadership as necessary.
  • Keep leadership briefed on key partner activities.
  • Travel to partner locations, briefing centers, and other related events as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant domain knowledge experience.
  • Technical skills in applying partner product strategy to enhance Verizon's roadmap.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to communicate complex ideas and processes simply.
  • Experience building partnerships and collaborating with organizations.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25%-50% of the time.
  • Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
