About the position

The Strategic Business Growth Manager at HCA Healthcare is responsible for driving business growth within designated markets of the Urgent Care Service line. This role involves researching potential markets, managing analytics for site selection, developing business case presentations, and collaborating with executive teams to align site selection with strategic goals. The manager will also oversee real estate negotiations, develop business plans, and ensure the successful opening and integration of urgent care clinics.

Responsibilities

• Research potential markets and locations for business growth opportunities.
• Manage and complete analytics associated with effective urgent care site selection.
• Develop market and business case presentations for potential acquisitions and De Novo sites.
• Work with Division executive teams to ensure site selection aligns with Division strategy.
• Present and interface with Division Executive Teams on urgent care strategy and operations.
• Maintain a log of site selection activity and prioritize locations based on development timelines.
• Manage real estate negotiation and lease execution.
• Develop and present business plans and financial projections for review and approval.
• Support the Director of De Novo and Director of Transitions and Acquisitions as needed.
• Initiate and establish long-range goals within the Business Growth area.
• Ensure synergies among people, process, and strategies to drive execution of business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• At least three years of practice/healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in Urgent Care or in an Ambulatory Care setting is required.
