About the position

The Strategic Content Manager for Partner Marketing at Entrust is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances partner engagement and drives lead generation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation, focusing on various channel-focused content types to support channel partners in promoting Entrust's identity-centric security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances partner engagement.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content tailored for partners, including blog posts, webinar scripts, demand generation emails, social media posts, and long-form content.
  • Plan, write, and implement partner engagement campaigns utilizing various channels such as email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing content initiatives, utilizing metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and partner needs to create relevant content.
  • Act as a resource for key partners, providing them with the tools and content needed to promote solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business required.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing.
  • Proven content strategy experience within the Cybersecurity or Identity SaaS sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive strategy.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content in various formats.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner engagement campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

  • Solid understanding of current content marketing trends including the use of AI-based tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of design software tools for creating visually appealing content.
