About the position

The Strategic Director of Customer Success at Quantifind is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality solutions that enable clients, particularly in complex financial institutions, to achieve their strategic goals. This position involves leading client engagement, driving client success, and collaborating across various functions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of software deployment, data security, and financial compliance, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key financial institution clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Oversee the strategic customer's success by ensuring clients fully utilize technology, driving renewals, expansions, and advocacy.
  • Develop and implement best practices to optimize client value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales teams to align client needs with Quantifind's capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the client within Quantifind, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated effectively to internal teams.
  • Develop and refine processes for client engagement, management, and reporting to drive operational efficiency.
  • Interact with stakeholders from analysts to C-suite executives, tailoring approaches to maximize impact.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Financial compliance, STEM Field; Master's degree preferred, MBA is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing enterprise customer relationships within complex financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of driving client success and excellent communication skills across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of software deployment architectures, data security, data privacy concepts, and financial institution regulatory compliance.
  • Solid grasp of Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes and adaptability to dynamic environments.

  • Experience in Fintech SaaS environments.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
