About the position

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Paradox is a full-cycle sales professional responsible for driving new business growth through client acquisition, specifically targeting Fortune 500 companies. This role focuses on leveraging extensive SaaS sales and HR tech industry experience to build relationships and present innovative solutions that address clients' recruiting and hiring challenges. The position emphasizes a consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales, aiming to transform the recruiting industry with Paradox's cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and drive new business growth through client acquisition.
  • Leverage SaaS sales and HR tech industry experience to create opportunities with global enterprise organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients using a consultative approach.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and tech stacks during discovery conversations and product demos.
  • Listen and ask questions to understand clients' recruiting and hiring challenges deeply.
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultative conversations.
  • Educate potential clients on the transformative power of AI products and build a coalition of Paradox enthusiasts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles, with experience selling software solutions to large enterprise and Fortune 500 companies.
  • 7+ years of experience selling disruptive recruiting software and deep knowledge of the enterprise HR tech landscape (e.g. ATS, HCM, and CRM platforms).
  • A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy and an innate desire to help clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
  • Track record of long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles.
  • Ability to travel to clients.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
