About the position

The Strategic Enterprise Key Account Executive at Infobip plays a crucial role in driving business success by managing and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. This position requires a blend of hunting for new opportunities and farming existing accounts to grow the client base. The executive will leverage their understanding of Infobip's solutions to support clients' business needs and stay informed about industry trends and competition.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of accounts.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within assigned markets.
  • Understand and support clients' business needs with Infobip's products.
  • Develop and maintain strong consultative business relationships.
  • Present products and ideas confidently to C-level executives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to grow the client base.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role in the North American Enterprise market, focusing on Fortune 500 companies.
  • Direct experience in SaaS is required; CPaaS and CCaaS experience is highly desirable.
  • Sales experience in Healthcare, FinTech, BFSI, e-Commerce, Education, Customer Engagement SaaS, or MarTech verticals.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in Telecom or IT sectors.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and identify stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with value proposition development based on deep discovery approaches.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) management and pricing objections.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address client needs.
