Requirements

  • 6-8 years of strategic marketing, content, and program development experience in high-growth environments.
  • Experience motivating cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Experience with sustainability marketing programs.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail and metrics of success.
  • Agile approach to program management and marketing plan development.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
