About the position

The Strategic Executive Project Manager for the CEO Engagements Team at Amazon will oversee the operations and details of complex programs aimed at building and deepening relationships with CEOs. This role focuses on driving operational efficiencies, managing program logistics, and supporting program planning to enhance business impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and improve operational efficiencies across the program portfolio by documenting processes and submitting support tickets when needed.
  • Drive program execution such as project management, tracking and reporting, trend analysis, and business review input.
  • Support communications across program workstreams and the broader organization.
  • Collaborate across the team to contribute to key operational planning and rhythm of the business workstreams.
  • Execute key program workstream deliverables including supporting project management and rhythm of the business activities.
  • Write and edit documents and/or internal and external communications.
  • Create mechanisms to streamline and improve program operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to achieve program outcomes.
  • Track and report on program metrics, conduct customer research, and deliver insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.
