About the position

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership to support high-impact decisions and critical initiatives for Adobe Express.
• Analyze marketing performance by monitoring key performance signals and financial metrics to optimize campaign development.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to accelerate decision-making that drives profitability and business growth.
• Draft and present performance trends and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key business metrics into the decision-making process.
• Program and project manage marketing and business OKRs to ensure alignment with long-term objectives.
• Lead full-funnel media planning by providing financial insights and recommendations for budget allocation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Solid presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
