About the position

The Strategic HR Business Partner at Evernorth Health Services is a senior advisor role responsible for driving HR solutions and implementing strategies that support business outcomes and sustainable growth. This position requires collaboration with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to facilitate talent management, employee development, and organizational transformation. The HRBP will play a key role in developing and executing talent strategies aligned with the overarching business strategy, while also providing strategic HR consulting and problem-solving solutions to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of human capital requirements to execute client business strategies.
  • Implement an aggressive talent strategy that drives business growth, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Lead organization design and change management efforts to enable business growth.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting and problem-solving solutions on complex issues to senior leaders.
  • Support the leadership team with change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Deliver solutions to improve processes and optimize organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion enterprise people and talent strategies through partnership with HR Centers of Expertise.
  • Coach and counsel executives to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of overall HR experience with progressively increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Experience in both corporate (COE) and HRBP functions preferred.
  • Strong organizational development and effectiveness experience.
  • High degree of executive influence and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Experience in a complex/matrixed business and HR model.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale, transformative change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
