About the position

Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive business outcomes through the development and execution of people priorities and initiatives. This role is accountable for implementing HR strategies that support enterprise initiatives, achieve business results, and enable sustainable growth. The HRBP will partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to facilitate strategic program recommendations in areas such as talent management, employee development, and organizational transformation, while representing both the voice of the business within HR and the voice of HR for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of human capital requirements to execute client business strategies.
  • Implement an aggressive talent strategy that drives business growth, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Lead organization design and change management efforts to enable business growth.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting and problem-solving solutions to senior leaders on complex issues.
  • Support the leadership team with change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Deliver solutions to improve processes and optimize organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion enterprise people and talent strategies through partnership with HR Centers of Expertise.
  • Coach and counsel executives to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of overall HR experience in progressively increasing roles.
  • Experience in both corporate (COE) and HRBP functions preferred.
  • Strong organizational development and effectiveness experience.
  • High degree of executive influence and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Experience in a complex/matrixed business and HR model.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale, transformative change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
