About the position

The Strategic Initiatives Support Analyst at Pearson plays a crucial role in supporting the Special Projects and Strategic Execution Manager. This position is designed to elevate the awareness of Evaluation Systems in the teacher licensure space through collaboration with various teams. The Analyst will manage social media content, lead thought leadership strategies, and support business development efforts, ensuring a cohesive and engaging external presence for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn content calendar and bi-weekly social media messaging and posting.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Drive engagement with leaders and customers across all platforms, creating an online community.
  • Define and report KPIs for social media initiatives.
  • Lead product thought leadership strategy and logistics.
  • Own and update the Evaluation Systems website, ensuring new content and functionality.
  • Manage all aspects of Evaluation Systems' external presence, including flyers, presentation decks, and one-pagers.
  • Support the Business Development team in developing new sales channels.
  • Assist in preparing collateral packages for client visits and provide conference/event support.
  • Maintain an organized collateral library and create product sales packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Social media/email marketing experience required.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative and resourceful self-starter.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in assessment or education is a plus.
