The Strategic Innovation Group Team Member will join a dynamic team within Equitable's Innovation & Design Office, focusing on harnessing strategic innovation to drive growth, uncover savings opportunities, and enhance business processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design impactful solutions across various areas, including corporate innovation, organizational redesign, low code application development, process re-engineering, and competitive research. The ideal candidate will thrive in an ambiguous environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to problem-solve and design impactful solutions.
- Drive results by taking ownership of targeted workstreams.
- Conduct data analysis and competitive research to inform decision-making.
- Build mini-presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the insurance or broader financial services industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of business data analysis techniques
- Ability to design and optimize business processes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data gathering and analysis tools
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Market research skills
