About the position

The Strategic Integrator Level 3 position at BryceTech involves providing expert support to the US Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC) in the areas of space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice. The role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of space domain awareness and combat power systems, ensuring effective integration and management of various programs throughout their acquisition life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice and assistance for all projects and programs to support any stage of the acquisition life cycle.
  • Revise or provide draft JCIDS and acquisition documentation to the applicable Government program manager and support the presentation of products to internal and external customers.
  • Provide a draft SME-level technical and/or programmatic status report of any individual program or of the portfolio, in coordination with the Government program manager, upon request.
  • Identify areas of improvement, including acquisition process improvements, and provide actionable recommendations for reducing risk.
  • Assist the Government with reviewing and analyzing packages delivered in support of DoD programs, including Program Contractor Status Reports and Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Maintain awareness of current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, and provide program assessments based on identified risks.
  • Assist the Government to execute source selections subject to FAR 9.505-4, including developing source selection documentation and reviewing proposal evaluations.
  • Provide engineering and technical expertise to support ongoing and new/advanced Command and Control (C2) efforts, ensuring integration with the classified portfolio.
  • Assist with management of the portfolio by providing information, advice, and recommendations for effective alignment of acquisitions, manpower, and funding.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working highly classified space programs.
  • Experience in Agile processes and implementation for space range organization and activities.
  • Expertise in organizational structure, data analytics, and visualization.
  • In-depth knowledge of space force command and control infrastructure and platforms.
  • Experience working directly with Space Force operators.
  • Over 10 years of relative experience.
  • Educational requirement: MA/MS.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite of Tools.
