About the position

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) who is ready to elevate their financial future and grow their career within a respected global leader. The Sales Representative will work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, enhancing employees' lives with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Daily responsibilities include cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, setting appointments, gathering leads from established internal partners, and assessing buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. The successful candidate will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, documenting each stage and ensuring a smooth implementation of the solutions sold. Responsibilities

  • Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
  • Attend an award-winning training program to enhance sales skills.
  • Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers.
  • Set appointments and gather leads from established internal partners.
  • Assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
  • Manage multiple sales processes through various stages in the sales process.
  • Document sales processes and ensure smooth implementation of sold solutions.
  • Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat and persistent style.
  • Ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Ability to manage a territory and relationships effectively.
  • Ambitious spirit with a motivation to exceed sales quotas.
  • Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
  • Military experience is valued and recognized.
