The role requires a proactive approach to business development, aligning with strategic Chain Partners to deliver comprehensive service offerings and develop long-term selling opportunities. The focus will be on senior customer titles and budget owners, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction as relationships develop and business opportunities arise. Key responsibilities include strategic consultative selling across multiple industries, maintaining close relationships with prospects and clients, and developing customer pursuit plans. The director will also drive alignment with chain partner global sales organizations, manage an assigned business portfolio, and engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and goals. This role will involve securing customer-facing appointments, leading consultations, and leveraging Encore's resources to support sales initiatives. Additionally, the director will oversee account management, internal communications, and revenue management to ensure the successful execution of strategies that drive year-over-year revenue growth and new business opportunities.
