We are currently seeking a Strategic Partnership Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in executing various marketing strategies within a B2B and B2B2C insurance marketing environment. This position will report to the Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager and will be responsible for planning and executing a coordinated mix of marketing programs aimed at creating and accelerating leads and sales on a per-partner basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be results-driven, and have a keen attention to detail, particularly in marketing. This role involves direct collaboration with our strategic partners to understand their operations and make effective, partner-specific marketing recommendations. The position offers a unique opportunity for growth within the company, requiring a combination of execution and strategic planning. The Strategic Partnership Marketing Specialist will assist in developing comprehensive partner marketing support materials, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance. This role is integral to the management of active partners and will involve project management to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive partner marketing support materials and packages aimed at driving partner-generated leads (B2B2C) including email templates, flyers, postcards, and content calendars.
  • Support the development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns for prospective partners (B2B) including email, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and events/conferences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the development of thought-leadership content.
  • Manage campaign timelines as project execution lead, ensuring adherence to quality standards and streamlining approval processes for efficient campaign execution across B2B and B2B2C initiatives.
  • Guide creative direction for various online channels, including email, social media, web/banner ads, and search, to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement within the B2B and B2B2C landscapes.
  • Collaborate with digital, partner, and product marketing teams to identify partner product offerings and technical requirements for marketing automation functionality.
  • Research and share industry trends with the team to improve efficiency and provide creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with successful execution.
  • Ability to advise and influence stakeholders and business partners with presentation skills, analytics, reasoning, and relationship building.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Curious about the bigger picture and how to make larger impacts across different parts of Strategic Partnerships processes.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can react to changing priorities.
  • General knowledge of marketing tools and programs, including how to effectively equip partners for program amplification and engage end consumers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of project management, Customer Relationship Management platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent), analytics platforms, and Miro preferred.
