About the position

The Strategic Personal Assistant to the CEO at CognitiveTPG plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO's vision and managing complex projects across various industries. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting with administrative tasks, project management, and communication coordination. The role offers hands-on experience in diverse business areas, including legal, financial, operational, and technical project management, while working closely with the CEO to ensure effective execution of their initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including setting up and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring that important messages are addressed and follow-ups are conducted.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take detailed notes, and coordinate follow-ups with employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Assist with project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met across varied domains.
  • Manage confidential and complex information related to legal cases, tenant management, and financial agreements.
  • Support inventory coordination, particularly for high-demand items, and monitor distribution logistics.
  • Conduct research and data entry for tasks involving new business initiatives or property management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years' experience supporting senior leadership, with the ability to handle high-level and sensitive tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage a range of ongoing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions across diverse sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and adaptability to new tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive business information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for at least one year.
