About the position

The Strategic Planning and Organizational Assessment Lead is responsible for driving organizational change and efficiency within Navy mission operations. This role involves leading a team to assess business processes, develop strategic plans, and optimize organizational strategies to achieve long-term goals. The consultant will provide a holistic view of the organization, identifying systemic challenges and unrealized potential to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to assess organizational processes and develop strategic plans.
• Identify long-term goals and create processes to achieve them.
• Provide strategic level thinking in support of senior government leadership.
• Craft strategic messages for various levels of government leadership.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on business processes and design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning and organizational assessments.
• 3+ years of experience in Navy Programs operations.
• Experience providing strategic level thinking in support of senior government leadership.
• Ability to craft strategic messages for various levels of government leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• Secret clearance.
