About the position
The Strategic Pricing Analyst at Henkel plays a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing pricing strategies within the electronics portfolio across North America and Europe. This position involves preparing price performance reviews, identifying new pricing opportunities, and supporting the organization with pricing-related inquiries. The analyst will work cross-functionally with commercial teams to ensure effective pricing strategies that contribute to the company's competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring prices and preparing price performance reviews
- Analyzing ongoing pricing performance and identifying new pricing opportunities within the electronics portfolio
- Tracking and analyzing price exceptions
- Updating pricing guidance within Henkel's proprietary pricing tool
- Regularly analyzing pricing performance to review progress and inform management decisions
- Serving as a subject matter expert for the pricing tool and supporting users in the organization
- Working cross-functionally and internationally with Commercial teams
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, B2B related industries, or electronics
- Advanced experience using Excel functions
