About the position

The Strategic Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing pricing strategies for Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) customers. This role involves building financial models for large-scale strategic bids, supporting existing contracts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely customer proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Develops New Business pricing and guides pricing decisions.
  • Calculates proposed ROI for Customer Opportunities, including RFPs, and articulates risks and requirements.
  • Develops financial models for business transactions and RFPs for various clients.
  • Executes comprehensive pricing strategies and provides solutions and recommendations.
  • Identifies opportunities for change and implements price modifications, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Assesses and responds to customer terms and conditions for RFP responses based on company terms and conditions.
  • Populates customer's RFP submission template based on inputs from financial models.
  • Creates Contract Profiles for winning opportunities.
  • Works with Business Operations and BPR Teams to create/update contracts and/or pricelists for order processing.
  • Builds professional relationships with all departments in the workplace.
  • Presents Pricing Solutions and Response Strategies to senior leadership and sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
  • High level of Business Acumen, including knowledge of P&L and support for Finance organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel modeling experience required (pivot tables, vLookups, etc.).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong presentation skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong statistical and critical thinking skills required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to determine tasks and execute them without waiting for direction.
  • Sound decision-making skills and high accuracy are essential.
