About the position

The Strategic Pricing and Contracts Analyst will support the Medical Devices US Sales Division by collaborating with various teams to develop pricing proposals and manage contract processes. This role focuses on maximizing company performance against sales and profit goals while minimizing risks associated with contracts and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with field teams to develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options.
  • Draft, execute, and implement contract documents upon request.
  • Work within guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval, and contract creation.
  • Seek approvals when outside of guidelines.
  • Manage contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates.
  • Review contract terms and coordinate with Legal and other departments on contract redlines.
  • Understand GPO contractual obligations and their impacts on contracting processes and product launches.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with diverse workstyles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business, finance, or strategic pricing and contracting preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and remain organized.
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills required.
