About the position

The Strategic Product Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team in marketing Fixed Income strategies. This position involves product planning, competitive analysis, and project management for new product development, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales in marketing Fixed Income strategies.
  • Assist in the production of product and distribution plans.
  • Collaborate with product teams on strategy definition and distribution opportunities.
  • Coordinate and project manage new product development with product management and teams.
  • Develop competitive intelligence and investment analysis to support the sales process.
  • Generate sales-specific product comparisons and competitor analysis using analytical tools.
  • Interface with Sales, Consultant Relations, and Client Service for effective utilization.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to highlight performance against peers and market indices.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of investment management experience in product management or relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income markets.
  • MBA and/or CFA is desirable.
  • Project management skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented style.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $150,000.
