About the position

The Strategic Product Marketing Manager (RF Power) at Arrow Electronics will lead the growth and profitability of the RF Power product line. This role involves defining strategies, developing marketing materials, engaging with sales teams and suppliers, and managing product roadmaps to align with market demands. The manager will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support digital marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of RFPD Global RF Power revenue and margin
• Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of all current and future products
• Engage directly with the RFPD Global Sales team and lead meetings with suppliers and customers
• Develop relationships with assigned suppliers and conduct quarterly business reviews
• Understand market opportunities and competition, specifying market requirements for products
• Aid in the development and implementation of supplier strategic business plans
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers for feedback on products
• Gather and prioritize requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing
• Support strategic digital transformation initiatives with marketing communication team
• Identify market share gains and demand creation KPIs

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required (preferably in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree)
• MS and/or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of product marketing or sales experience in RF or RF Power fields
• Five+ years of management experience
• Proven track record in researching and forming marketing product strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of commercial norms for RF Power markets
• Ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints with impartial guidance
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills
