About the position

The Strategic Product Marketing Manager (RF Power) at Arrow Electronics is responsible for driving the success of the RF business unit. This role involves guiding the strategic implementation of product offerings, including RF transistors, amplifiers, and associated components. The manager will work closely with sales teams and suppliers to enhance revenue, profitability, and market share while developing marketing collateral and supporting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of RFPD Global RF Power revenue and margin
• Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for current and future products
• Engage with the RFPD Global Sales team and lead meetings with suppliers and customers
• Develop relationships with assigned suppliers and advocate for them within RFPD
• Understand market opportunities and specify market requirements for products and services
• Drive the expansion of supplier line-card to meet customer outcomes
• Aid in the development and implementation of supplier strategic business plans
• Provide guidance and strategic suggestions internally and externally
• Collaborate with sales teams for feedback on products
• Train the sales team on product and service offerings
• Gather and prioritize requirements and work with engineering and support teams
• Manage marketing communications, press releases, and digital marketing initiatives
• Identify market share gains and demand creation KPIs

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required (preferably in Electrical Engineering or similar)
• MS and/or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of product marketing or sales experience in RF Power
• Five+ years of management experience
• Proven track record in researching and forming marketing strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of RF Power markets and buying preferences
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills
