About The Position

The Strategic Project Manager will oversee multi-functional teams and manage various projects within the Capex department at Anheuser-Busch's St. Louis Headquarters. This role focuses on front-end planning and back-end execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements

• ChemE, ME, EE or equivalent technical degree
• 5+ years project engineering experience preferred
• Previous experience in Brewing, High Speed Packaging or FMCG Projects is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer focus

Responsibilities

• Initiate and run multi-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects
• Lead front end planning (FEP) and back end execution (BEE) for projects
• Develop and validate project papers required for funding, including scope of work, estimates, schedules, and savings
• Support site teams and various groups with project scope development
• Prepare monthly project review agendas and present projects to Supply management
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
• Monitor, track, and report project performance
• Manage engineering, equipment suppliers, and onsite resources
• Ensure projects deliver targeted objectives that meet overall business needs
• Assist in the development of capital plan budgets and priorities
