Responsibilities

  • Aid in developing pricing models that balance customer attraction with profitability.
  • Develop and refine business processes for new operational methods.
  • Innovate and streamline processes across departments to drive efficiencies.
  • Oversee the onboarding of external solutions from business expansion initiatives.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from planning to execution for various internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • PMP or ITIL certification required.
  • Lean Six Sigma process accreditation preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
