Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier sourcing and proposal evaluations.
• Employ value analysis techniques to analyze price, technical capability, and financial viability.
• Investigate supplier's ability to perform within proposed cost, technical, and schedule parameters.
• Manage funding, cash flow, and monitor variances for contracts.
• Evaluate accuracy and authorize payment of invoices.
• Represent Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) on cross-functional teams to drive business success.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier performance throughout the contractual lifecycle and resolve performance issues.
• Solicit and lead supplier proposal evaluations and manage supplier risk through negotiations.
• Review customer contract modifications and administer fee plans.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a related field plus 4 or more years of related experience.
• Ability to effectively relate with others and cooperate as a team member.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
