About the position

The Strategic Response Team (SRT) Program Manager I role at X Corp involves supporting policy and protocol launches, knowledge management, training, quality assurance, and process improvements through data analysis. Responsibilities

  • Support policy and protocol launches for the Strategic Response Team.
  • Manage knowledge management, training, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements through data analysis and insights.
  • Lead moderate complexity projects for SRT, identifying future opportunities.
  • Plan project requirements with internal customers and manage project schedules.
  • Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance operational initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL to build dashboards and reports.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of work experience in Project Management, preferably in tech/strategy/product operations.
  • Experience managing projects with moderate enterprise initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with large datasets and SQL for operational improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, investigative, and communication skills.
