The Sales Development team at Domino is focused on supporting our org through both opportunity as well as talent pipeline. This is a pivotal role working between the territory sales teams, marketing, ops, and even product, to strategically identify and engage with our next customers. A successful Sales Development Rep (SDR) will be able to source outbound pipeline as well as qualify inbound leads within Enterprise companies. Beyond which, the ideal SDR will be able to positively influence their territory and the entirety of the Go To Market (GTM) team beyond their ability to source leads, while growing and eventually stepping up into other key roles on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Team with AEs to gain meaningful conversations within targeted accounts through thoughtful research and prospecting techniques.
  • Follow up on and qualify inbound leads, providing feedback to marketing to improve future campaigns.
  • Act as a lead for market insights and feedback, iterating and experimenting while maintaining data collection and hygiene.
  • Find next customers and contribute to the greater organization by influencing the SDR team, building new processes, and honing sales processes.

Requirements

  • Possess prospecting skills to identify and earn conversations with potential buyers at large companies.
  • Ability to research and hold conversations with executive level IT and Data Science personas about business impact and complex technical concepts.
  • Learn from and teach teammates while contributing to the greater goal beyond individual KPIs.
  • Commitment to continual growth and development in the role.
