About the position

The Strategic Sourcing Information Technology Manager will lead strategic sourcing initiatives for a significant spend portfolio of $200-$300M, focusing on optimizing sourcing opportunities that enhance value, drive savings, and mitigate risks. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to implement effective sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive strategic sourcing efforts for spend categories with local and regional brand impacts.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, NAA Sourcing Group, and Corporate brands.
• Develop and implement multi-year growth plans for assigned categories.
• Manage suppliers to ensure the flow of products/services and oversee significant spend.
• Lead the strategic sourcing process, including market analysis, supplier risk analysis, and RFP execution.
• Negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with suppliers at the COO and CEO level.
• Deliver results to performance goals, including hard savings and supplier diversity.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives utilizing best practices category management methodology.
• Demonstrated analytical skills including financial cost analysis and total cost of ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in software, hardware, and technology services.
• Ability to think strategically and problem solve effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills developed through sourcing/procurement experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, finance, business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• CPSM or CPM certification preferred but not required.
