This position involves strategic sourcing, contract management, and negotiation to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings. Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class strategic sourcing and contract management for complex, indirect spend categories.
• Develop category strategies and serve as the primary contact for business customers.
• Drive fact-based group decisions with significant operational or financial impact.
• Understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater in business or operations related field.
• 5 years of sourcing and contracting experience for Strategic Sourcing Manager I, 7 years for II, or 10 years for III.
• Equivalent work experience as an attorney or contract administrator/manager accepted.

Nice-to-haves

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and contract fundamentals.
• Prior experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation for indirect services.
• Project management skills, including facilitating and organizing large cross-functional teams.
