About The Position

The Strategic Sourcing Manager at CNH Industrial is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for hardware and fastener commodities. This role focuses on managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting major projects while collaborating with global teams to enhance sourcing processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Sourcing Manager or related occupation.
• Experience leading supplier agreement negotiations.
• Experience ensuring cost and quality targets are met.
• Experience monitoring and measuring supplier performance and compliance.
• Experience resolving quality and delivery issues with suppliers.
• Experience negotiating lead times and payment terms with suppliers.
• Experience implementing sourcing strategies for market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the strategic sourcing strategy for hardware/fastener commodity.
• Rebalance the hardware supply base and provide Kanban coordination with other CNH manufacturing plants.
• Manage key supplier relationships with a focus on cost efficiency and long-term supply agreements.
• Support major projects on Next-generation Harvester combine and existing projects.
• Collaborate with the global commodity team for supplier evaluation, selection, and sourcing for North American operations.
• Lead and support global sourcing projects.
• Support new product launch initiatives and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Develop and implement supply base management strategies regionally and globally.
• Drive supplier selection, negotiate, and maintain performance expectations.
• Negotiate and manage long-term agreements to achieve commercial savings.
• Facilitate supplier/engineering Value Analysis/Value Engineering activities for cost savings.
• Monitor industry trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities.
