About the position

The Global Customer Acquisition Intern position at Siemens Digital Industries Software is part of the Strategic Student Program (SSP) aimed at empowering students to explore their career paths while applying their education to real-world challenges. This internship provides an opportunity to engage in various projects related to partner recruitment, data management, and campaign development, all while working within a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters creativity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective partners and scrub data in an existing database.
• Migrate data into Salesforce.
• Help build campaigns to attract and recruit new partners for major product domains.
• Work with product teams to identify ideal partner profiles.
• Expand the ability to recruit new partners for major product families.
• Develop and execute campaigns via social media.
• Support country field teams in running campaigns.
• Build tools to evaluate performance of new partners and sales team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master's student studying Business, preferably in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, International Business, or Strategy.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Background in engineering or IT preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and communicate solutions and recommendations.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide regular status updates.
• Comfortable with frequent meetings on the phone.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive.
