About the position

The Strategist, Business Solutions role at Horizon Media, Inc. involves providing strategic leadership to enhance client growth through brand strategy, media planning, and analytics. Responsibilities

• Support Senior Strategist and Supervisor in media planning processes across client deliverables.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets, including TV attribution models, and own reporting for traditional channels.
• Create and update flowcharts, ensuring accuracy in outputs from Assistants.
• Collaborate on developing points of view for new media opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute traffic instructions, tracking deadlines and deliverables with the Traffic team.
• Facilitate billing and budget maintenance processes.
• Organize team documents and process materials, establishing frameworks for presentations and projects.
• Collaborate with Senior Strategist and Supervisor to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Engage with other departments to enhance relationships and project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members, including training Assistant Strategists and onboarding new Strategists.

Requirements

• 1+ years of media planning experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of media strategy and applications.
