About the position

The Strategy Advancement Professional 2 at Humana plays a crucial role in providing data-driven strategic direction to address business challenges and opportunities. This position involves leading initiatives that analyze complex business problems using data from various sources, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support creation of the MarketPoint strategy and future state and convert strategy into initiatives while ensuring consensus and execution.
  • Lead and support creation of executive-level PowerPoints and presentations, telling MarketPoint's strategy story.
  • Support delivery of a wide range of short-term and long-term strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Deconstruct, analyze, and document organizational problems or opportunities, create strategies/action plans to address, and drive follow-ups to promote successful execution.
  • Support high-profile, high-impact strategy initiatives from developing an approach to delivering recommendations and final deliverables.
  • Develop high-quality analysis and deliverables that clearly frame organizational objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Conduct interviews, working sessions, and report-outs with leaders across the company. Document key ideas and actions during sessions to drive follow-up actions.
  • Support MarketPoint leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic planning and business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in creating presentations for executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and delivering high-quality analysis.
