About the position

As the Strategy Analyst/Executive Assistant to the Founder at CBase AI, you will be instrumental in building and managing the 'Office of the CEO'. This role is designed for a strategic and highly organized individual who is passionate about working closely with the Founder to drive the company's vision forward. You will assist in executing strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects, and optimizing the Founder's workflow across various business areas, particularly in AI, Sustainability, and the Built World.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founder to plan and execute strategic initiatives, aligning with company goals.
• Build and manage processes to ensure operational efficiency and support on high-priority tasks.
• Lead key projects and ensure alignment across teams.
• Support financial modeling and projections for decision-making and fundraising.
• Assist in fundraising, investor meetings, and updates.
• Manage investor communications and ensure transparency on progress.
• Research market trends in AI, sustainability, and construction, providing insights to inform strategy.
• Prepare the Founder for meetings, manage agendas and follow-ups, and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field from a top tier school.
• Proven experience in business strategy, finance, operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, financial, and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
