About the position
The Strategy Analyst role at TE Connectivity involves developing long-range objectives and strategic plans for the corporation, focusing on growth and profitability. The position supports the creation and implementation of business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive above-market growth and identify new opportunities within the AD&M Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to support stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for complex project assignments creatively.
- Track and analyze AD&M's public and private competitors.
- Evaluate and screen new inorganic segments and opportunities.
- Identify key trends across markets and industries affecting the business.
- Create analytical models to address business questions and provide clear recommendations.
- Support the annual strategy development process and executive meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Quantitative, Finance) from a leading institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, market research, or quantitative analysis.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of summarizing complex analyses.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PPT; familiarity with data analytics tools like Tableau, Alteryx, SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, work, or community activities.
