About The Position
As a Strategy and Emerging Trends Analyst at TC Energy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Natural Gas Pipeline business in achieving its strategic vision. This vision is centered around being the leader in the safe and reliable transportation of natural gas, creating value for shareholders, prioritizing customer needs, and empowering employees. You will be part of a team of Energy Problem Solvers, dedicated to transitioning North America to cleaner energy while addressing the energy demands of today and tomorrow. In this position, you will report to the Manager of Energy Intelligence and Analysis and will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing supply, demand, and market data into actionable insights that drive the company's strategy. Your work will involve evaluating emerging trends in energy policy at various levels of government, conducting thorough research, and providing critical analysis. You will also develop analytic tools, including dashboards, presentations, and reports, to communicate your findings effectively. Regular communication with TC Energy's senior leaders will be a key aspect of your role, as you will present your insights through timely and insightful presentations. Additionally, you will assist in assessing potential acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring that your work balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail, contributing to all aspects of strategy development within the Natural Gas Pipelines business.
