About the position

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team at Google plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Ads business. This position involves leading and managing the assessment strategy and infrastructure for Product and Skills Based Learning, aligning on assessment roadmaps, and partnering with stakeholders to define long-term goals and measurement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the holistic Assessment strategy and infrastructure for Product and Skills Based Learning.
  • Create and align on overall assessment roadmaps and project plans.
  • Help to clearly define and articulate how Mastery will use assessment data in 2025 and beyond.
  • Partner with cross-functional Mastery stakeholders and leaders to develop a Point of View (POV) on short and long term goals, assessment approach, measurement strategy and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, including expertise in Google spreadsheets and SQL.
  • Excellent business judgement and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence executives and other stakeholders.
