About the position

As a Corporate and Business Strategy Consultant at PwC, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. This role involves working closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance, while also leading and coaching teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and provide consulting services across various strategic areas.
• Develop and implement effective strategies that align with client business objectives.
• Motivate and coach team members to enhance performance and collaboration.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, sharing insights and validating outcomes.
• Manage multiple work streams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or industry consulting.
• In-depth knowledge and proven success in the Financial Services industry.
• Experience in defining and evaluating corporate and business unit strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to senior audiences.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to advise c-suite clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum of 8 years of strategy consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Deals Strategy, and Digital Strategy.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
