About the position
The Strategy & Execution Internship at Zurich North America offers an opportunity for students to support the Corporate Strategy Team in developing and executing strategic and operational agendas. Interns will engage with pressing business challenges, gain exposure to senior leaders, and work on various projects related to strategy and execution measurement.
Responsibilities
- Performing basic data analysis / modeling
- Presenting analysis results to colleagues and business partners
- Developing competitive intelligence insights
- Creating strategic communications
- Researching, synthesizing, and communicating market trends
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related business / analytical field
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2025
- Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior)
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S indefinitely
Nice-to-haves
- Minimum cumulative current grade point average of 3.0
- Critical thinking skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a corporate setting
