About the position

As a Senior Associate in Corporate and Business Strategy at PwC, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping clients navigate complex business challenges and develop effective strategies. Responsibilities

  • Help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Analyze business and market trends to explore new approaches for clients.
  • Assist organizations with organic enterprise growth, pricing, profitability, and sustainable corporate strategies.
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
  • Delegate tasks to others, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Utilize a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, especially in Public Health.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services or corporate roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios.
  • Experience in Payer or Provider operations, including Medical Management and Population Health Management.
  • Experience in Clinical Analytics, Medical Economics, or Population Health Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Population Health Management technologies and approaches.
  • Experience in project management and product development life cycle management in healthcare.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing and advising healthcare executive leadership.
  • Working knowledge of software development and optimization for healthcare requirements.
  • Ability to conduct and manage market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses.
