About the position

The Strategy & Operations Analyst role is focused on collaborating with various departments such as sales, marketing, and product to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The analyst will be responsible for creating customer-facing materials, conducting analytical assessments, and tracking customer leads and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, etc., on a range of topics
  • Create customer-facing assets for sellers to use in deal pursuits
  • Work on various analytical topics (e.g., pricing analysis, business value analysis)
  • Drive customer leads/pipeline tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of strategy and operations, business analytics, or BizOps experience with a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into useful formats and actionable insights
  • Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company-first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives
  • Ability to build trust, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams and functions
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
